promotes transparency, liquidity and efficiency in our capital
markets”

What are the requirements for electronic distribution under SEC Rule 15c2-12?
“For any municipal securities offering subject to Rule
15c2-12, the paper and electronic versions of each or the
preliminary, deemed final and final official statement must be
the same.”

delivering documents electronically may use PDF if it is not so
burdensome as effectively to prevent access. For example, PDF
could be used if issuers and intermediaries inform investors of
the requirements necessary to download PDF”
